Abstract

PT. Borwita Citra Prima is a company engaged in the field of food and non-food. PT. Borwita Citra Prima carries out the process of managing the distribution of goods to branch warehouses located in Bojonegoro and Tuban. From PT. Borwita Citra Prima Babat Branch and two branches distributing to large agents such as YKH (Babat), Anik snack (Bojonegoro), Hafiz snack (Tuban) located in several cities. The purpose of this study was to determine the completion of the shipment of goods using the North West Corner and Least Cost method. From the results of this study it can be concluded that with the application of the North West Corner and Least Cost method in the delivery of goods produced by the Branch of PT. Borwita Citra Prima can determine the shipping route with the minimum cost. So that it can help the company, especially the shipping department in determining the shipping routes. The North West Corner and Least Cost method can calculate the lowest transportation cost from a storage warehouse (depo) to the destination. The Least Cost method can determine the route with the lowest shipping transportation cost.
